Meaning of Life

Life is a special phenomenon.

Each person has a unique definition for this word.

There’s no one solid answer to the meaning of life, it’s all dependent on how one looks at the world in his/her eyes.

Here’s my meaning of life, it composes of three pillars:

1. Pursuit

To pursue what you love like there’s no tomorrow.

Life is about discovering what you love, finding out your passions from the wide range of possibilities in this world and going after your passion.

But in your path, there could be barricades restricting you from doing what you REALLY want, causing you to do what the society wants.

Barricades e.g. humiliation, peer pressure, embarrassment, awkwardness, fear… but if there was no tomorrow, all these barricades will be removed because nothing else is more important than death.

Live for yourself, not the expectations of others.

2. Achievement

To achieve your dreams like anything’s possible.

Our world is filled with undiscovered wonders, magnificent ideas and unachieved dreams.

Be the one to make a change.

Go for your dreams and make it happen like anything’s possible. Don’t give up, you’ve got to persist, stay consistent and be patient. That’s what it takes to achieve dreams in this world.

Nothing is impossible.

3. Honor

To die with pride knowing you’ll be remembered forever.

Die.

But die knowing you were once a hero in the world who people admired and will remember you forever, knowing that you’ve left a mark in this world, that you were once an important person.

Don’t die for nothing, you’ve lived life and used up the world’s resources, you must not take things for granted (do you see the donut or the hole?). You’ve got to give back.

Create.

Imprint.

Die with pride. Have a purpose in life. Don’t walk a path to nowhere; go somewhere, at least.

The Meaning of Life (compact version)
